Unity Communications is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to work closely with the sales team and keep the pipeline moving—from initial lead outreach to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handoff. How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Support the sales process from lead follow-up through deal close and post-sale handoff

  • Reach out to leads via phone and email, help qualify opportunities, and coordinate meetings with prospective clients

  • Attend client meetings with senior sales team members or account managers and assist with follow-ups and next steps

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, forms, and other sales-related documents

  • Help manage smaller engagements and support deals through closing

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and organize sales documents for easy tracking

  • Assist with pipeline tracking, inbox management, and scheduling

  • Process orders and internal handoffs to ensure a smooth transition after closing

  • Review sales and campaign reports to identify follow-ups, trends, and opportunities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to keep the sales team organized and responsive

What You Must Possess

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • At least two years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer support, administrative support, or a related role

  • Experience working in a client-facing or sales-driven environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Confidence in communicating with prospects and clients via phone, email, and meetings

  • Experience using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office
