How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Act as the first line of technical support (tier 1 support)

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with patient billing, patient payments, and accounts receivable (AR) workflow automation

  • Help train customers to use the software

  • Ensure full HIPAA compliance at every level

What You Must Possess

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good technical support experience

  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to think outside the box

  • Ability to provide email, voice, and chat support at the same time

  • Attention to detail

  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and responsiveness

  • Experience in accounts receivable (AR) and revenue cycle management (RCM), medical billing, electronic medical records (EMRs), and accounting

  • Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions and features

  • Familiarity with HubSpot

  • Basic knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)

  • Knowledge of basic system-specific language such as JSON (a plus)
