How You Spend Your Eight Hours

• Provide customer support via phone calls, live chat, email, and web portals

• Perform and recommend actions to resolve urgent customer issues

• Create and maintain customer profiles using proprietary account management system

• Deliver satisfactory shipping and receiving services

• Support payment data collection, billing, and invoice processing

What You Must Possess

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related disciplines

• Customer service experience (at least a year)

• Intermediate or expert-level skills in Excel

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in using relevant software, tools, and applications for smooth task completion

• Attention to detail

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication

• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a dynamic environment

• Superior time management skills

• Ability to cooperate and contribute to group goals

• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality output
