As a Senior Customer Experience & Sales Specialist, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers—guiding conversations, building trust, and converting inquiries into booked appointments. Working Eastern Time hours, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality service while managing both outbound and inbound interactions, along with essential data entry tasks in a remote setup.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Master the client’s systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures

  • Deliver first-level customer support via inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers interested in painting services

  • Confidently assess customer needs, provide service information, and schedule free estimate appointments

  • Accurately document interactions in Salesforce (and other tools when needed), ensuring proper dispositioning and follow-ups

  • Perform data entry tasks, including lead creation, updates, and cadence management

  • Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary

  • Apply sales techniques, including objection handling and closing strategies, to increase booked appointments

  • Maintain a consistently professional, engaging, and customer-focused communication style aligned with the client’s brand

  • Collaborate with the team and continuously improve through feedback and performance insights

  • Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role

What You Must Bring (Client Priorities)

  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a call center or similar environment

  • Strong sales experience, with proven ability to persuade, handle objections, and close opportunities

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a clear, neutral, and professional conversational style suitable for engaging with U.S.-based customers

  • High level of tech proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently

  • Strong self-learning ability and adaptability, with minimal supervision required

  • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce

  • Background in the home services industry

  • Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments
