As a Senior Customer Experience & Sales Specialist, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers—guiding conversations, building trust, and converting inquiries into booked appointments. Working Eastern Time hours, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality service while managing both outbound and inbound interactions, along with essential data entry tasks in a remote setup.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Master the client’s systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Deliver first-level customer support via inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers interested in painting services
Confidently assess customer needs, provide service information, and schedule free estimate appointments
Accurately document interactions in Salesforce (and other tools when needed), ensuring proper dispositioning and follow-ups
Perform data entry tasks, including lead creation, updates, and cadence management
Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
Apply sales techniques, including objection handling and closing strategies, to increase booked appointments
Maintain a consistently professional, engaging, and customer-focused communication style aligned with the client’s brand
Collaborate with the team and continuously improve through feedback and performance insights
Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role
What You Must Bring (Client Priorities)
5-7+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a call center or similar environment
Strong sales experience, with proven ability to persuade, handle objections, and close opportunities
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a clear, neutral, and professional conversational style suitable for engaging with U.S.-based customers
High level of tech proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently
Strong self-learning ability and adaptability, with minimal supervision required
Ability to work Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours
Nice to Have
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Background in the home services industry
Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments
