Unity Communications is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you’ll find someone for hard-to-fill roles, partner with awesome teams, and turn complex hiring needs into smooth, successful placements.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours 

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and recruitment timelines.

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Provide timely updates and regular communication to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.

  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction programs as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

What You Must Possess 

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related HR function.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience recruiting for corporate, customer service, technical, or specialized roles.

  • Exposure to recruitment metrics and reporting.

  • Experience working in a staffing, BPO, or high-volume hiring environment is an advantage.

  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

What You Should Consider 

  • Full-time position 

  • Monday to Friday, night shift
