Job Description:
Unity Communications International is looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our onsite team in Hermosillo.

The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work onsite at our Hermosillo office
